Today is National Lasagna Day!
Lasagna, one of the ultimate comfort foods, is a dish that I enjoy preparing to share. It makes an awesome gift for friends and family that are moving, have a new addition, getting construction done, swamped with responsibilities. It says, “I care, I comfort.” Or, “eat up string bean, the cheese is getting cold.”
